Fast-food😉
I love fast food and when I say fast food I mean Hotdogs, French fries, any type of fryed chicken, Burgers, pizzas, Shawrma, and fried snacks like fried halapino chidder cheese balls or fried motzarilla sticks. I my love eating fast food and I am willing to open my own fastfood restaurant in the future.
A decent way to make and cook burgers:-
But ofcourse to maintain your health you should work out to burn some of the fat that you gained or not from fast food what better way than jogging for work out. Jogging keeps and makes the lungs healthy and joggers can hold their breath for longer time besides that it is fun and relaxing especially jogging in the morning when the weather is beutifal and the sun is warm.
